Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Zohaib Labs, run by Zohaib Alam ("Zohaib Labs") collects through zohaiblabs.com and while working with clients, and how we use it. Apps we build for clients, and our own products, have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, WhatsApp number or email, the type of project, your budget and what you tell us about it.
• Project work: files, content and access details you share so we can build your project.
• Payments: invoice details and the payment status. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and never reach our servers.
• Website visits: basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and send quotes and invoices.
• To build, launch and support your project.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with services needed to run our business: our hosting provider, our email provider and our payment processors (such as Stripe for card payments, and JazzCash or Easypaisa in Pakistan). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records and invoices are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Logins you give us are deleted or handed back when the project ends.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to support@zohaiblabs.com. We reply within 30 days.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. We store project access details securely, and only the people working on your project can see them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
