Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before the mockup is approved

If you cancel before you approve the mockup, we refund your deposit minus 20% for the design work already done.

After the mockup is approved

Once the build has started, the deposit is not refundable, because it pays for work already in progress. If you cancel, we hand over everything finished up to that point.

After launch

The final payment is not refundable after the project goes live. Problems with the delivered work are fixed free of charge during the 30-day warranty instead.

If we can't deliver

If we cancel a project or cannot deliver what the quote promised, you get a full refund of the money paid for the parts we did not deliver.

Care plans

Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid month. Months already paid are not refunded.

How to ask for a refund or cancel

Email support@zohaiblabs.com with your invoice number. Refunds go back by the same method you paid with (card, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa) within 10 working days. Card refunds can take a further 5–10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
